What is ROVENDIA?+
ROVENDIA is a logistics technology platform being developed to connect customers, independent dispatch companies and their riders through shared booking and operations tools.
Is the platform available to use today?+
The product is currently in development. You can explore the interactive prototype, but it does not create real deliveries, collect payments or connect to live riders. A public launch date has not been announced.
Will customers need a subscription?+
No. The customer model is pay per delivery order. Quarterly or annual subscriptions apply to participating delivery companies.
Can I keep using my preferred company?+
That is part of the design. Enter the company’s unique code during registration to select it, or explore eligible companies when booking without a preferred company.
How do riders join?+
A participating company creates the rider’s profile and invitation. The rider verifies their phone and activates company-linked access. Riders do not take work from an unrestricted public job pool.
Does ROVENDIA set rider salaries?+
No. Each company agrees its riders’ salary or other pay arrangement. The rider app is designed to show that agreement separately from the customer’s delivery price.
