Start with your details
Create a customer profile with your photo, contact details and password, then complete verification. Add a preferred company code if you already have a provider you know.
Build your delivery request
Enter the pickup and destination, use your live location for pickup when appropriate, and provide parcel information. Review eligible companies and the quoted price before confirming.
Stay close to the delivery
Once the company assigns a rider, follow milestones and open the relevant conversation. After delivery, share a rating or raise a concern through the planned feedback flow.
