1. Scope and contact
This Privacy Policy explains the current ROVENDIA website and browser based demonstration, operated as a product of NEXORA Technologies Limited. Contact ROVENDIA on WhatsApp at 08152403552 or +234 815 240 3552 for privacy enquiries. It describes current processing rather than assuming future delivery services are live.
2. Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form asks for name, email, interest, city and message. The waiting list form asks for name, email, role and city, with an optional phone number. The agreement wording, policy version, time and optional launch update choice are included in the prepared text. Do not include medical information, identity documents, passwords, payment card data or unnecessary private information in these forms.
3. Form submission and storage
Forms send the listed details to ROVENDIA’s MySQL database on its Hostinger website hosting over HTTPS. The server validates the submission and saves its agreement wording, policy versions, time and optional launch update choice. A success message is shown only after a confirmed save. This connection does not automatically send email or SMS. Unsubmitted entries remain in your open browser page. If you contact us through WhatsApp, we also receive the information you choose to send there.
4. Purposes and legal grounds
Submitted information is used to register your interest or respond to your enquiry. Launch messages are permitted only where you separately opt in and a notification service is enabled. Enquiries you voluntarily send to ROVENDIA are used to respond, take requested preliminary steps, maintain necessary business correspondence and address misuse or legal duties. The appropriate legal ground depends on the actual activity and applicable law, rather than every activity relying on consent. Optional marketing and launch communications require a separate choice where consent is required. Accepting website Terms is not blanket consent to unrelated processing.
5. Cookie and storage choices
The website uses a cookie and local browser storage to remember privacy choices for up to 180 days. Submitting a form also uses a secure, HTTP only session cookie to protect against forged requests. Abuse protection stores a keyed hash of the connecting IP address in hourly rate records, removed on subsequent submissions after 48 hours. The submission table does not store the raw IP address. Analytics and marketing choices start off. No analytics or advertising tool is currently connected, and accepting all does not itself install one. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change choices or clear browser storage. Any later optional integration must respect the relevant choice and be described here before use.
6. Demonstration app data
The separate product demonstration stores entered account details, photos, orders and conversations in browser storage on your device. It is not a production account service. Use sample details. Local records can be removed by clearing the demonstration’s browser storage. Other people with access to your device or browser profile may be able to access those records.
7. Technical requests and external services
Google Fonts may receive your IP address and technical request information when loading the website font. WhatsApp handles messages and related information under its own privacy practices when you open or use that service. A deployed hosting provider may process request information such as IP address, requested URL and browser details to deliver and protect the site. Hosting account configuration, actual logging and database arrangements must be confirmed before live form collection; this policy does not claim that those systems are already connected.
8. Sharing, sales and international processing
Form entries are stored using Hostinger hosting and database services. Access should be limited to authorised ROVENDIA personnel who need it to manage enquiries, signups or privacy requests. Information you choose to send through WhatsApp is handled by that service and the ROVENDIA personnel handling your enquiry. We do not sell personal information collected through these forms, and no advertising data sharing integration is connected. External providers may process information outside Nigeria. Before enabling additional transfers or processors, applicable legal requirements and contractual safeguards must be assessed and this notice updated.
9. Retention
Cookie choices expire after 180 days. Open form values disappear when the page is reset or reloaded, while downloaded files and local app records remain until you remove them. Correspondence you send through WhatsApp may remain in that service and our business records while needed for the enquiry, a dispute or applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion. A specific live signup retention schedule must be established and disclosed before server based signup collection begins; we will not represent an unconfigured deletion process as operational.
10. Security and HTTPS
Reasonable safeguards should match the information and systems involved. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. The currently distributed local files do not establish a secure public server. Before live form submission is enabled, the hosted website must use a valid HTTPS certificate, redirect HTTP to HTTPS, validate data on the server, restrict administrative access, protect credentials and maintain suitable backup and incident procedures. Browser form validation and a consent checkbox do not replace those controls. Do not send sensitive information through a connection that your browser identifies as insecure.
11. Your rights and withdrawing consent
Depending on applicable law and the processing involved, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, and to challenge certain automated decisions. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Cookie choices can be changed in the footer. For information you sent to us or a request to stop launch messages, contact 08152403552. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing personal records, and legal exceptions may apply.
12. Children and sensitive information
These business forms are intended for adults. We do not request children’s details or special category information through them. If you believe a child or another person’s sensitive information has been sent inappropriately, contact us so it can be assessed and addressed.
13. Complaints and international rights
You may contact us about a privacy concern and may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission at ndpc.gov.ng. Where another privacy law applies to the actual activity, its mandatory protections are preserved. This website does not claim that every visitor is covered by GDPR or CCPA/CPRA merely because they can access it. No waiver in the Terms removes non-waivable privacy rights or a regulator’s authority.
14. Policy updates and future services
This policy will be updated when collection, purposes, recipients or providers change. Material new uses require appropriate notice and, where necessary, a new consent choice. Future live accounts, delivery addresses, location tracking, call services and payment integrations require additional accurate disclosures before activation. The policy version linked at the time of acceptance is the relevant record for that acceptance.
